No more waiting for on another office to process your title work, or for customers to come in to complete the title work, or for liens to be perfected. We can process your title applications for ANY customer in Washington State. In addition to making the transition easy and specific to your special needs, we can do three important things for you:
- Save you time; by working with the same people at the same office we will know your individual needs and can offer assistance with licensing and tax questions. We also offer to keep your title clerks apprised of any changes to licensing and tax requirements mandated by the state.
- Increase your revenue; by giving you detailed fee quotes that include all applicable fees. In other words, you will be collecting licensing fees in addition to tax, and have the opportunity to finance the additional amount. No more 80/20 or just financing the estimated tax amount.
- Customer satisfaction; will come easily when your customers are no longer required to go to a licensing office, or have to come back to your dealership due to paperwork or check inaccuracies. You are our customer, and we will make sure we are doing everything possible to ensure timely and accurate transactions. We will make a separate file and log book specifically for your dealership.
How does the process work? It is a simple transition:
- First, send a request for a fee quote to our office by fax, or request a pickup, and we will look over the work, process a detailed fee quote for tax, title, plates, and license, and fax or deliver the quote back to you right away.
- Second, compile your paper work (notarized title application required), along with a check payable to WA DOL and a postage-paid envelope addressed to the customer (other dealerships use FedEx or UPS), and send it to our office, or request a pick up.
That is all! We process the work here in our office and send the plates and registration out to the customer! We also fax back a copy of the title application to you so you know the work has been done and that liens have been perfected in a timely manner!
